Hara Account is independent from Nayi and other Nanhara products. Use a sign-in method shown by the app: Sign in with Apple, phone code, or email code. A missing option means that method is not yet enabled in your account region; retry the capability check after confirming the network connection.
Pair your Desktop
- Sign in on the phone.
- Ask Hara Desktop to create a short-lived authorization QR code.
- Scan it and verify the Desktop label, platform, and key fingerprint.
- Approve the same phone and fingerprint on the Desktop.
- Publish one Session from the Desktop with the permissions you need.
A QR code never contains your account token. Pairing trusts one device; it does not automatically expose every Session or grant terminal input.
Messages and terminal control
The computer must remain online and connected to Hara Relay. Message input requires a published Session with submit permission. Terminal input additionally requires a short, exclusive control lease; losing the connection or lease returns the phone to read-only mode. Refresh after reconnecting if the latest state is unclear.
Delete or secure an account
Open Mobile Settings to review linked identities, sign out, or permanently delete the Hara account. If you suspect an unknown phone, revoke that device from the trusted Desktop first and then change or secure the linked sign-in account.
Contact support
Email biz@nanhara.com with the Hara Mobile and Desktop versions, account region, device platform, what you expected, and the exact error text. Screenshots are welcome after removing phone numbers, email addresses, QR codes, tokens, API keys, local paths, and private Session content.
CLI and Desktop users can also open a public issue at GitHub Issues. Do not place private account or work data in a public issue.
